At The Catholic Shoppe, each item is prayerfully selected and carefully packed. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right—with compassion and clarity.

Returns

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request a photo of the issue to help resolve it quickly.

Physical items (journals, tools, etc.) may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Digital downloads (PDFs, verse calendars, study tools) are non-refundable, but if you have trouble accessing them, we’ll gladly resend or support you.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for it to appear on your account.
